Abide in ME
Throughout the scriptures according to the Gospel of John; Jesus is speaking and
in John 4:23-24 He said, “But the hour is coming, and now is, when true
worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking
such to worship HIM. God is Spirit, and those who worship HIM must worship in spirit and truth”
John 6:63-64 He said, “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing.
The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. But there are some of you who do not believe”.
John 17:17-19 Jesus said, “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. And for their sake I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth”
John 14:6 Jesus says, “I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE;
No one comes to the Father except through ME.
“If you love ME Jesus said then keep my commandments and I will pray the Father, and HE will give you another Helper, that HE may abide with you forever – the Spirit of truth.
The connection to abiding is through Jesus – the living Word, born of a virgin, Holy, distinct there’s no one like HIM, HE is the only way! I Am the true Vine Jesus says, Abide in ME!
In the beginning was the Word; The Word was with God; The Word was God
The living Word became flesh; And dwelt among us; We beheld His glory.
The glory of the only begotten Son
Full of grace and truth – like Him there is none
God the Father and the Word yes they are one
By His Spirit and the truth we overcome.
Jesus said it is the Spirit who gives life
Words I speak to you are spirit they are life
Without Me you have nothing I AM the Vine
Keep and speak My words in Me you shall abide
If you really love me, then My word you will keep
If you say you love Me, then you will feed My sheep
If you really love me, then set the captives free
If you say you love me, My love you’ll show indeed
If you really love me, true worshipers you’ll be
Abide in ME!
If you love one another, your sister and your brother, You will abide in Me!
Laying down your life for Me, my friends I said you’ll be, Then you’ll abide in Me
You will have what you say, speak My words to Me and pray, So you’ll abide in Me
Excellent and set apart, to those I’ll share My heart,
When you abide in Me Speak and have the same mind, the mind of Christ does not divide,
Please just abide in Me If you really love Me, Like you say you love Me then….Abide in ME!
