Galatians 5:22-23
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Before I touch on this, a special note to those of you who are called to ministry in some form, shape or fashion. Go to 2 Peter 1: 3-11. I will share on this two Sunday’s from today. (This is a must for me to preach to myself).
So my brothers & sisters, I don’t know about you, but Galatians 5:22 is where I strive to be on a daily basis. To walk in the Fruit of the Spirit as much as you can is Spiritual Prosperity. Because with these characteristics dominating your being, everything else in your life will fall in line (The Word guarantees this). I believe that these Godly attributes are essential to have and indispensable. As Paul said in 1st Corinthians, Chapter 13, you can have all the spiritual gifts you want but without Love they are void.
So I concluded that The Love Walk is a Must! But to get from Galatians 5:19, which is also in us, to Galatians 5:22, we need a Power greater than ourselves and man. That is why we need to see, read and marinate on the duties and purpose of the Holy Spirit that descended when Jesus ascended per The Gospel of John.
We will go into teachings about the Holy Spirit, which is the vehicle and power that leads and keeps us in the Fruit of the Spirit where God lives.
